How do I install and log in to the Arize Resident App?
To install the Arize Resident App
- Download the Arize Resident App on Google Play or through the App Store (Apple). You can either search “Arize Resident” or click the links below:
- Once you are invited to the Arize platform, you should receive an email with the subject line “Arize – Invitation to Join” from no-reply@arizehub.com. This email will include your login credentials for the app.
- Log in to the Arize Resident App with your email and temporary password.
- You will be asked to create a new password. Once finished, you will automatically be logged in.
Note: If you have already been invited to the Arize platform but have not yet received an email, check your spam/junk folder, or contact your property manager for further assistance.
