How do I know if I need to update firmware?

To check whether your device requires a firmware update
- Open the Arize Resident App.
- From the resident dashboard, tap on the menu icon located in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Devices.
- Tap the device category that has a red dot next to it.
- Tap the device with the red dot next to it.
- Tap Firmware Update
Note: If a device update is available, there will be a red dot located to the right of that device’s name.
