What if my access code does not work?

If your access code does not work, first verify that the code is still valid and that it is assigned to the right unit. If you still need assistance, please contact propertysupport@arizehub.com for support.
There are two ways to verify whether an access code is still valid
- Through the Manage Access Codes quick link on the dashboard.
- From the Access Management page.

- Click the Manage Access Code quick link located on the dashboard.
- Use the filters to find the access code you are looking for.
- Once you find the access code you are looking for, click on the pencil icon located under the “Action” column.
- From here, you can check the times set, duration, and unit number assigned to the access code.
- If you still have trouble accessing the unit, please contact propertysupport@arizehub.com for support.
From the Access Management page
- Click Property in the side navigation menu.
- Click on the key icon located under the “Action” column.
- Use the filters to find the access code you are looking for.
- Once you find the access code you are looking for, click on the pencil icon located under the “Action” column.
- From here, you can check the times set, duration, and unit number assigned to the access code.
