How do I remove a temperature hold?

There are two ways to remove a temperature hold 

  • Through the Arize Resident App  
  • Using the Arize Smart Thermostat 

To remove a temperature hold through the Arize Resident App 

  1. Open the Arize Resident App.  
  2. From the resident dashboard, tap the thermostat device tile. 
  3. Tap Hold Options. 
  4. Select Remove Hold. 
  5. You will now see the status “Following Schedule” below the temperature controls.  

To remove a temperature hold using the Arize Smart Thermostat  

  1. After initiating a temperature hold, navigate to the menu and select Settings.   
  2. Highlight Hold Options and press OK.    
  3. Press Remove Hold.    
  4. You will now see the status “Following Schedule” on the main thermostat screen above your current indoor temperature.
