How do I update my profile information? 

You are here:

To change your profile picture

  1. Open the Arize Resident App.   
  2. From the resident dashboard, tap the menu icon located at the upper left corner of the screen.  
  3. Tap your name or picture to view your profile information. 
  4. Tap the user icon to update your picture. You can take a photo with your phone camera or upload an existing photo from your photo gallery. 

Note: You cannot change other information like your name, email, or unit number through the app. To update this information, contact your property manager.
