What is an offline alert? 

You will receive offline alerts when one of your devices goes offline due to a connectivity or power source issue. This alert lets you know which device is offline and when it went offline. Your property manager will instantly receive a notification as well. Since offline devices could leave your home vulnerable to break-ins, we advise you to contact your property manager to fix the issue as soon as possible.
