How do I assign a zone to a Resident?

To assign a zone to a resident

  1. Click Resident in the side navigation menu. 
  2. Use the filters to find the tenant you want to assign common area access zone to.  
  3. Click pencil icon next to the row of the person you want to assign access to, under the “Action” column.
  4. Toward the bottom of the form, you will see the “Common Area Entry Points” field.  
  5. Choose the entry points you want the tenant to have access to.   
  6. Click Confirm .
