How do I change the role of a staff member?

To change the role of a staff member

  1. Click Teams in the side navigation menu.
  2. Filter through all staff by entering the staff member’s name.
  3. Once you have found the staff member, click on the pencil icon located under the “Action” column.
  4. Click on the role dropdown menu to select a new role.
  5. Click Save.
