How do I provide access to a vacant unit for self-guided tours?

To provide access to a vacant unit for self-guided tours, you will need to create a one-time access code for the potential resident.
There are two ways to create a one-time access code
- Create Access Code quick link on the dashboard.
- From the Access Management page.
Create Access Code quick link
- Click the Create Access Code quick link located on the dashboard.
- Choose a property and unit number. If the lock is online, a form will appear.
- Fill out the form.
- Once you click Save, the person who is being granted temporary access will receive an SMS text or email with their access code.
From the Access Management page
- Click Property in the side navigation menu.
- Click the key icon under the “Action” column.
- Click the Create Access Code button.
- Fill out the form.
- Click Save.
- Once you click Save, the person who is being granted temporary access will receive an SMS text or email with their access code.
