What do I do if a resident doesn’t receive their welcome email?

To resend the welcome email to a resident

  1. Search for residents to make sure they are in the Arize Management Portal. 
  2. If they are in the system, check to see if the resident is verified. 
  3. Click the resident’s name.  
  4. Click Resend Invitation.  

Note: Make sure you enter the correct email.
