How do I resolve alerts?

There are three different ways to resolve alerts 

  • Manually resolve alerts.
  • Batch resolve alerts.
  • Resolve all new alerts.

Manually resolve alerts 

  1. Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
  2. Filter through to find the alert(s) you want to resolve.
  3. Once you have found the alert(s) you want to resolve, click on the check icon under the “Action” column.

Batch resolve alerts

  1. Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
  2. You should see small grey boxes in the left-most column of the table.
  3. Click on the boxes that correspond to the alerts you would like to resolve.
  4. Once you have checked the alerts you want to resolve, click on the Batch Resolve button below the filter area. All selected alerts will be resolved.

Resolve all new alerts 

  1. Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
  2. Click Resolve All New Alerts. All new alerts will be resolved.
