How do I see my access code activity history for a specific lock?
To view access code activity history for a specific lock
- Open the Arize Resident App.
- From the resident dashboard, tap the Activity icon located in the bottom menu.
- On the activity history screen, look for past events with the lock icon to the left.
To view a specific access code’s activity history
- Open the Arize Resident App.
- From the resident dashboard, tap the Access icon located in the bottom menu.
- Tap any Access Code tile to view its activity history.
