What do I do if my Honeywell Smart Thermostat goes offline?

To troubleshoot your Honeywell Smart Thermostat if it goes offline

  1. Check to make sure your Wi-Fi is working.  
  2. If your Wi-Fi is working, restart the thermostat by unplugging it or removing it from the wall plate for 30 seconds. 
  3. If you are still experiencing issues, contact your property manager.
