How do I resolve alerts?

There are three different ways to resolve alerts
- Manually resolve alerts.
- Batch resolve alerts.
- Resolve all new alerts.
Manually resolve alerts
- Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
- Filter through to find the alert(s) you want to resolve.
- Once you have found the alert(s) you want to resolve, click on the check icon under the “Action” column.
Batch resolve alerts
- Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
- You should see small grey boxes in the left-most column of the table.
- Click on the boxes that correspond to the alerts you would like to resolve.
- Once you have checked the alerts you want to resolve, click on the Batch Resolve button below the filter area. All selected alerts will be resolved.
Resolve all new alerts
- Click Alerts in the side navigation menu.
- Click Resolve All New Alerts. All new alerts will be resolved.
