How do I update resident information?

To update resident information

  1. Click Tenants in the side navigation menu. 
  2. Use the filters to find the resident you want to update information for. 
  3. Once you find the resident, click the pencil icon located under the “Action” column. 
  4. Click into the fields to edit them. 
  5. Once you are done editing the fields, click the Confirm button to save your changes.
