What do I do if my Arize Smart Thermostat is offline?

First, check the router to make sure Wi-Fi is available. To reconnect to the Wi-Fi, simply reboot the router. You should reconnect within a short period of time. To connect your thermostat to Wi-Fi  Use the left < and right > arrows to navigate to the menu, then press OK. Use the right > arrow to highlight the Network icon, then press OK. Can I control my Arize Smart Thermostat from my mobile device? 

You can access the Arize Management Portal on mobile devices by signing in online.   Note: Property managers can control the thermostats in the “Vacant” section. They can only view the status and information of the thermostats in the “Occupied” section. By default, thermostats in vacant units are set to “Off” mode. 

What happens to the thermostat when residents move out? 

When a resident moves out of a unit, that unit’s thermostat status switches  from “Occupied”  to “Vacant”.
