How do I change my primary access code?

To change your personal access code

  1. Open the Arize Resident App.  
  2. From the resident dashboard, tap on the menu icon located in the upper left corner of the screen. 
  3. Tap Settings. 
  4. Tap Devices. 
  5. Tap Smart Lock from the menu. 
  6. Select the smart lock device you would like to change the personal access code to. 
  7. Tap Change Primary Access Code. 
  8. Verify the current access code. 
  9. Input the new access code.
