What do I do if my Arize Smart Lock goes offline?

If your Arize Smart Lock goes offline, you can still use the lock manually.  However, you will not be able to access or control the lock remotely. 

If the Arize Smart Lock goes offline

  1. Check to make sure the battery still has power. 
  2. Check your internet connection. 
  3. Reset the hub 
  4. If none of these solutions work, contact your property manager or residentsupport@arizehub.com for further assistance.
